Yorum Istanbul Project was put into practice by Yorum Construction and Turkmall as a joint enterprise. It is constructed in the same location with Forum Istanbul shopping Centre. The project, which has 52.000 m2 of saleable area, consists of houses and social facilities. Bünyamin Derman, the concept architecture of the project designed the project with a modern architectural view.  Yorum Istanbul, located at BayrampaÅŸa consists of 5 blocks including 558 flats on 21.000 m2 area.  The houses whose size changes between 61 m2 and 142 m2 were designed as 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 flats and 3+1 duplex apartments. Thanks to the central location of the project, it is very easy to reach some other place in the city. The project location is near Kartaltepe bus station, which is on Aksaray-Airline metro route. It is only 100 meters away from the metro station. 

On 16.500 m2 of green area, Yorum Istanbul Project includes mini golf and mini football fields, open and close swimming pools, fitness, steam room, sauna, playground, 450 m2 of walking, biking and running way, tennis court, basketball field, pond, sunbath field, walking way with pergola, recreational areas, decorative pools and botanical garden.
